Scrambled Tofu / Tofu Bhurji


Recipe Type: Indian                                                           Yield: 4
Preparation Time: 10 mins                                                Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:
200g of tofu
2 onion
2 tomato
1/4 tsp of garam masala
1/2 of cumin powder
1/4 tsp of coriander powder
3/4 tsp of chilly powder
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp of salt (to taste)
2 tsp of oil

Method:
1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add oil, chopped onion. Fry till it becomes transparent.

2. Now add tomato and cook for 2 mins.

3. Add chilly powder, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
4. Now add mashed tofu. Mix well. Cook for 10 mins.

5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
