Ingredients:
400g mushrooms
1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves
1 tomato
1 red onion
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 tsp of chopped ginger
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cinnamon powder (or cinnamon stick)
4 peppercorns
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
1 tsp of coriander seeds
2 cloves
1/4 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of water
2 tsp of oil
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
5 curry leaves
4 Byadagi chilies
Method:
1. Dry roast for 2 mins: Byadagi chilies, peppercorns, grated coconut, garlic cloves, ginger, cloves, cinnamon powder (or cinnamon stick), cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and turmeric powder.
2. Grind all dry roasted ingredients with some water. Grind it coarsely.
7. Add chopped mushrooms. Cook for 15 mins.
8. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
