Ingredients:
2 cups of centella leaves (brahmi)
2 tsp of jaggery powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 dry roasted Byadagi chilies
1/4 cup of grated coconut
2 cups of water
1/4 tsp of tamarind paste
2 tsp of coconut oil
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
7 curry leaves
Method:
1. Grind grated coconut, tamarind paste, centella leaves and Byadagi chilies. Make a fine paste.
2. Heat a sauce pan. Add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering and keep it aside.
3. In a bowl add ground masala, salt, water and jaggery. Mix well.
4. Now add the earlier tempered mustard seeds and curry leaves into the ground masala bowl. Mix well. Serve with rice.
