Ingredients:
200g of tofu
3 tsp of balsamic vinegar
3 tsp of soya sauce
1 tsp of crushed red pepper
3/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper
2 tsp of oil
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
Method:
1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add oil, chopped tofu squares.
2. Now add crushed red pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar, soya sauce, turmeric powder and crushed black pepper.
3. Mix well. Cook for 7 mins.
4. Allow to form crispy crust on both sides. Cook both the sides.
