Tomato Gojju / chutney


Recipe Type: Indian                                                Yield: 8
Preparation Time: 5 mins                                        Cooking Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:     
3 tomatoes
1 green chilly
1/2 cup of grated coconut
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of water
1/2 tsp of salt

Method:

1. Heat a sauce pan. Pour water, add chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic cloves, salt, chopped green chilly and grated coconut. Cook for 15 mins in a low flame.

2. Allow to cool down and grind to make a paste. Chutney is ready.
