Mushroom - Garlic - Pepper Fry


Recipe Type: Indian                                       Yield: 4
Preparation Time: 10 mins                            Cooking Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:
400g mushrooms
4 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
2 tsp of oil

Method:

1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add chopped garlic cloves. Fry till it becomes golden color.



2. Now add chopped mushrooms, salt and black pepper powder. Fry for 10 mins.
