Ingredients:
400g of baby spinach
2 green chilies
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 red onion
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of grated coconut
2 tsp of oil
Method:
1. Grind grated coconut, green chilies, and 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds. Grind into a corse mixture.
2. Heat a nonstick pan. Pour oil. Add cumin seeds. Fry for 1 mins.
3. Now add chopped onion. Fry till it becomes transparent.
4. Add coarsely ground masala and salt. Mix well. Cook for 3 mins.
5. Now add chopped spinach. Mix well. Cook for another 10 mins.
