Ingredients:
10 grape tomatoes
50g tofu (cut into square shape)
half of bell pepper
5 zucchini pieces
5 yellow squash pieces
6 cucumber pieces
1/2 cup of chopped spinach
3 chopped mint leaves
salt
1/2 tsp red chilly pepper flakes
1/4 dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
Method :
1. Heat a wok. Add tofu. Fry for 4 mins. Put the fried tofu in a bowl.
2. Now in the emptied wok, sauté zucchini, bell pepper and yellow squash for 3 mins. Switch off flame.
3. In the bowl containing fried tofu, add sautéd vegetables and all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
