Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
salt
1 cup water (as required)
2 tbsp coconut oil for frying
Method:
1. In a bowl add rice flour, all-purpose flour and salt. Mix well to form smooth batter.
2. Heat a griddle. Pour one ladle of batter to prepare pancakes.
3. Sprinkle little oil. Cook dosa on both sides.
4. Serve with chutney.
