Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup rice flour
salt
1 and 1/4 cup water
1 tsp jaggery powder
3 tbsp oil
Method:
1. In a bowl add all ingredients except oil. Mix well.
2. Heat a griddle. Pour one ladle of batter. Sprinkle little oil.
3. Cook pancake on both sides.
