Ingredients:
2 plantains
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp clarified butter/ghee
Method :
1. Peel plantains. Cut into long slices.
2. Heat a griddle. Put plantain slices on griddle.
3. Sprinkle some clarified butter.
4. Cook plantain on both sides to form golden color.
5. Remove it from griddle.
6. Enjoy with honey.
