Blueberries Smoothie




Preparation Time : 5 mins                                                               Yield : 2

Ingredients :
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup water (if required add some more water)
2 tsp sugar (optional)

Method :
1. In a blender, combine blueberries, water, yogurt, and sugar.
2. Blend to a smooth paste. Pour into two glasses.
