Ingredients :
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup bajra flour (pearl millet flour)
2 tbsp semolina
1 and 1/4 cups water
salt
oil (for frying)
Method :
1. In a bowl add all ingredients (except oil). Mix well.
2. Heat a griddle. Sprinkle little oil. Pour one ladle of batter. Cook dosa on both sides.
