Preparation Time : 15 mins Cooking Time: 25 to 30 mins
Ingredients:
1 cup of basmati rice
1/2 cup of chopped cabbage
1 bell pepper
1 cup of mix veggies (carrots, beans, corn)
1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp of soya sauce
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of oil
1 onion
1 tsp salt
5 cauliflower florets
1 cup chopped spring onions
Method:
1. Heat a sauce pan. Add 1/2 tsp of salt, add 2 tsp of oil, 1 cup of water, basmati rice. Cook for 15 to 20 mins. Keep aside.
2. Heat a nonstick pan. Add oil, all veggies, salt and black pepper. fry for 5 mins.
3. Now add cooked rice and mix well.
4. Add soya sauce and mix well. Fry for 5 mins.
5. Finally garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
