Ingredients:
1 avocado (de-seeded)
1 tomato
1 onion
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chopped green chilly
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup of sev (Indian snack food made up of bengal gram flour)
15 roasted peanuts
Method:
1. In a bowl add chopped avocado, chopped tomato, roasted peanuts, chopped green chilly, salt, black pepper powder, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
2. Finally add sev. Mix well.
