Ingredients
6 Mushrooms
1/2 tsp of chilly powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp of chopped tomatoes
2 tsp of soya sauce
1 tsp of mustard paste
2 tbsp of cheddar cheese
1 tbsp of water
Method:
1. Cut the stalks of the mushrooms and discard them. Place the mushrooms upside-down and stuff them with chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle chilly powder, salt, cheddar cheese, and finely chopped coriander leaves.
2. Heat a nonstick pan. Add soya sauce, mustard paste, and 1 tbsp of water. Cook on low flame. Mix well.
3. Now place the stuffed mushroom cups in the pan, and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 mins.
4. Switch off gas, but keep the pan covered for another 15 mins.
