Ingredients:
1/2 cup of horse gram (Kulith)
1/2 cup of grated coconut
3 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of tamarind paste
1/4 cup of water
3 Byadagi chilies
2 tsp of oil
Method:
1. Dry roast horse gram in a pan for 5 mins. Keep aside.
2. Heat a sauce pan. Add oil, crushed garlic cloves. Fry for 3 mins.
3. Grind grated coconut, tamarind paste, fried garlic cloves, dry roasted horse gram, salt, Byadagi chilies and some water. Make a fine paste.
