Ingredients:
8 bread slices
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 green chilly
2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp mustard seeds
5 curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp of black lentil (urad dal)
Method:
1. Heat a nonstick pan. Pour oil. Add mustard seeds, black lentil, and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Now add chopped onions. Fry till onions become transparent.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilly. Fry for 4 mins.
4. Now add salt, sugar, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
5. Add chopped bread slices. Mix well.
