Ingredients
1/2 cup of semolina (Suji rava)
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of cardamom powder
5 saffron strands
1 cup banana pure (mashed banana)
11/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of clarified butter (ghee)
5 cashew nuts
Method:
1. Heat a non stick pan. Add cashew nuts, semolina, ghee. Fry it in medium flame for 7 mins.
2. Now add hot milk, saffron (add it slowly) and cook for 6 mins.
