Yield : Count of 10 patties

Ingredients:
15 cauliflower florets
1 green chilly
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cheese blend (shredded Monterey Jack, cheddar, quest quesadilla, Asadero cheese)
pinch of oregano powder
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
salt to taste
1 small garlic pod
2 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter for frying
Method:
1. Grate or chop cauliflower florets, green chilly, and garlic pod into small pieces.
2. Chop coriander leaves.
3. In a bowl add all remaining ingredients (except butter) and grated or chopped substances. Mix well.
4. Prepare medium sized balls.
5. Gently flatten them to make patties.
6. Heat a griddle. Apply little butter.
7. Place patties on the griddle and fry both sides. Cover pan with a lid.
8. Cook on a low flame.
9. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
