Ingredients :
1 and 1/2 cups white rice
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup water
salt
oil for cooking
Method :
1. Soak white rice in water for 3 hrs.
2. Remove water. Grind soaked rice, adding curd and some water.
3. Adjust the batter consistency by adding water as needed.
4. Add salt and mix well.
5. Heat a griddle. Pour one ladle of batter. Spread it.
6. Sprinkle little oil. Cover pan with a lid. Cook dosa on both the sides.
7. Serve with chutney or curry.
