Avocado-Veggie Raita

Preparation Time : 10 Mins


Ingredients:
3/4 cup curd
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
water as required
1 green chilly
1 tomato
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 small cucumber
1 avocado
salt to taste

Method :
1. In a bowl add chopped veggies, chopped green chilly, and de-seeded and mashed avocado.
2. Pour curd. Add required amount of water to adjust thickness.
3. Add salt. Mix well. Serve with Pulao/Pilaf or Biryani
