Ingredients :
1 and half cups sprouted green gram
water
salt
2 green chilies
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
6 curry leaves
1/4 tsp asafoetida
Method :
1. Heat a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida for tempering.
2. Put sprouted green gram, slit opened green chilies, and salt. Pour 2 cups of water. Cook until done.
Sauce:
1 avocado
1 chopped green chilly
salt
3/4 cup curd
1 chopped tomato
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Method :
Mash avocado. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
