Ingredients :
1 cup rice
1/4 cup horse gram
1/4 cup moong dal
water
salt
clarified butter for frying
Method :
1. Soak horse gram, moong dal, and rice in water overnight.
2. Remove water. Grind to fine paste. Add some water while grinding.
3. Ferment for 1 hour.
4. Prepare medium consistency batter.
5. Adjust the batter consistency by adding water.
6. Add salt and mix well.
7. Heat a griddle. Pour one ladle of batter.
8. Sprinkle little clarified butter.
9. Cook dosa on both sides.
10. Serve with chutney or curry.
