Ingredients :
1/2 cup moong dal
1 cup white rice
1/4 cup semolina
1/2 cup poha
salt
water
clarified butter for frying
Method :
1. Soak rice and moong dal in water for 4 hrs.
2. Soak poha in some water.
3. Grind soaked moong dal, poha and rice, adding water. Grind to a fine paste.
4. Add semolina to the batter. Prepare batter at medium consistency by adding water.
5. Ferment this batter for 2 hrs.
6. Heat a griddle. Sprinkle little clarified butter.
7. Pour one ladle of batter. Spread little it. Cover pan with a lid. Cook dosa on both sides.
8. Serve with chutney or curry.
