Gavar ki Sabji/Cluster beans Stir Fry

Ingredients:
400g cluster beans
1 tomato
1 tbsp grated coconut
salt
2 slit opened green chilies
2 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida
water as required
pinch of garam masala
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp urad dal/black gram
1 tsp chanadal
5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Method : 
1. Heat a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chanadal, cumin seeds and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Add chopped cluster beans, and chopped tomato.
3. Pour water. Add salt, chilly powder and rest of ingredients.
4. Cook until cluster beans are done.
5. Serve with rice or Indian roti.
