Ingredients :
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup green gram
salt
water
oil for frying
Method :
1. In a bowl add white rice, green gram and water. Soak for 6 hrs.
2. In a mixer jar add rice, salt, green gram and some water. Grind to fine paste.
3. Heat a griddle. Pour one ladle of batter. Spread it.
4. Sprinkle little oil. Cook pancake on both sides.
5. Serve with chutney.
