Veggie patty sandwich

Ingredients :
1 and 1/4 cups cooked grated potato
1 cup cooked veggie (beans, carrot, corn)
salt
1 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup semolina
12 bread slices
20 cucumber slices
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup spinach
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp yellow mustard paste
3 tbsp mayonnaise or butter
1 avocado slices
1 tbsp oil

Method :
1. In a bowl add cooked and squeezed veggies (water removed), cooked and grated potato, chilly powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt. Mix well to form balls.
2. Flatten the balls and dip in semolina. Shallow fry on tawa. Sprinkle little oil.
3. Place a bread slice and apply mayonnaise or butter on top.


4. Put veggie patty on top of mayonnaise. Apply tomato ketchup and yellow mustard paste.


5. Next come tomato slices, cucumber slices, spinach and avocado slices.
6. Place a slice of bread on top. Grill the sandwich.
