Ingredients :
1 onion
1 tomato
2 tbsp sambar powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
salt
1 tbsp oil
200g mushrooms
2 tbsp water
Method :
1. Heat a pan. Add oil, chopped onion and chopped tomato. Fry for 3 mins.
2. Add salt, chopped mushrooms and water. Allow to cook.
3. Now add sambar powder. Cook for 2 more mins.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
