Ingredients :
1/4 cup flax seeds
1and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 date (deseeded)
6 dried red chilies
1 tsp oil
salt taste
tamarind (optional)
Method:
1. In a pan add flax seeds, date, cumin seeds and dried red chilies. Fry for few minutes.
2. In a mixer jar add roasted ingredients, tamarind paste (optional) and salt. Grind to fine powder.
3. Heat a sauce pan. Add little oil and cumin seeds for tempering. Switch off heat.
4. In a bowl, mix the ground powder and tempered ingredients.
