Avocado raita




Recipe Type : Indian                                                                   Yield : 2
Preparation Time : 7 mins


Ingredients :
1/2 cup curd
salt to taste
3/4 cup water
pics of chaat masala
pinch of asafoetida
1 tomato
1 avocado
coriander leaves
1 green chilly

Method :
1. In a bowl add curd and water. Mix well. Adjust thickness by adding water.
2. Now add chopped tomato, chopped avocado and chopped green chilies.
3. Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, and asafoetida. Mix well.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
