Ingredients :
1 cup basmati rice or white rice (soaked for 20 mins)
2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
1 tsp salt
2 tomatoes
1 tsp chilly powder (to taste)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
coriander leaves
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped carrots
2 cups water
2 tbsp clarified butter
1 chopped onion
Method :
1. Heat a pan containing ghee. Put chopped onion. Fry till it forms translucent.
2. Now add chopped tomatoes. Fry for 3 mins.
3. Put remaining chopped veggies. Mix well.
4. Sprinkle salt, chilly powder, pav bhaji masala, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
5. Put soaked rice and water. Cook till rice is cooked.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with curd or raita.
