Ingredients :
1/2 cup white rice
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups water
3 turmeric leaves
Method :
1. Heat a pan containing water. Add washed white rice and allow to cook (if required add some more water).
2. Once rice is cooked, add salt, turmeric leaves and coconut milk. After 2 mins switch off gas.
3. Serve with pickle or spicy curry.
