Ingredients :
3/4 cup white rice
1/4 cup parboiled rice
1/4 tsp grated coconut
3/4 tsp salt
15 banana leaves
1/2 cup water
Method :
1. Soak parboiled rice and white rice in water for 5 hours.
2. In a blender add soaked rice, grated coconut, salt and water. Make a fine paste.
3. Wash banana leaves and keep aside.
4. Now apply ground batter on banana leaf.
5. Roll the leaf.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 with other banana leaves.
7. Steam all leaves for 20 mins.
8. Serve with pickle or curry or chutney.
