Ingredients :
4 cups cooked rice
10 broccoli florets
1 green chilly
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tomato
2 tsp cumin-coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt
coriander leaves
Method :
1. Heat a pan. Add oil. Put cumin seeds. Fry for few seconds.
2. Put chopped tomato, chopped green chilly and broccoli florets. Cook for few minutes.
3. Sprinkle salt, cumin-coriander powder, chilly powder, and turmeric powder. Fry for a minute.
4. Add cooked white rice. Mix well.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
