Veggie Tacos




Preparation Time: 5 mins                                                                  Yield : 8 tacos                    

Ingredients :
1 cup of chopped mango
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 cup of avocado chopped
1 cup of chopped cucumber
1 tsp salt + chilly powder
8 taco shells
1 cup dal makhani (optional) http://avanicancook.blogspot.com/2016/02/dal-makhani.html (check this blog post for my recipe)  or cooked kidney beans
1 tbsp tomato sauce

Method :
1. Arrange taco shells. Put 1/2 tbsp dal makhani or cooked kidney beans.
2. Put few mango pieces, tomato pieces, avocado pieces, and cucumber pieces.


3. Sprinkle salt and chilly powder. Add parmesan cheese, tomato sauce and coriander leaves.
