Recipe Type : Indian Yield : 15 idlis
Preparation Time : 10 mins Cooking Time : 20 mins
Ingredients :
1 cup idli rava
1 cup sabudana/tapioca sago
1 and half cup curd (as required)
salt
baking soda
Method :
1. In a bowl add sabudana, and idli rava. Pour 1 cup of curd. Mix well. Keep it aside for 6 hours.
2. Now add salt and baking soda. Mix well. If required add curd for idli batter consistency.
3. Heat an idli cooker containing water.
4. Smear oil on the idli molds.
5. Pour batter into each mold.
6. Cook in idli cooker for 20 mins.
7. Serve with chutney.
