Ingredients :
1 cup semolina
3 cups water
2 chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped beans
1/4 cup peas
2 green chilies
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp bisibelebath powder
salt
3 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp clarified butter or oil
1 tsp jaggery powder
1 tsp chanadal
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/4 tsp asafoetida
5 curry leaves
Method :
1. Heat pan. Add semolina. Fry on a low flame for 4 mins. Keep side.
2. Heat a pan containing little clarified butter. Put mustard seeds, green chilies, asafoetida, urad dal, chanadal and curry leaves for tempering.
3. Now add chopped veggies and grated coconut. Cook for 10 mins.
3. Sprinkle salt, jaggery powder and bisibelebath powder. Mix well. Fry for a minute.
4. Pour water. Bring to boil.
5. Add pan fried semolina. Mix well. Cover pan with lid.
6. Once semolina is cooked switch off flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
