Ingredients :
2 cups cracked wheat or dhalia
1/2 cup urad dal/black gram
1/2 cup poha/flattened rice
salt
water
oil for frying
Method :
1. Soak black gram and cracked wheat separately in water for 5 hours.
2. Now grind separately.
3. Soak poha in water and grind it.
4. Mix all batter together. Ferment for 5 hours.
5. Heat a griddle. Sprinkle little oil. Pour one ladle of batter. Spread it. Cover with a lid.
6. Cook pancakes on both sides.
