Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp salt
2 tsp coconut oil
5 curry leaves
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp jaggery or 1 tsp sugar
4 tsp sambar powder (check this blog for my recipe)
2 cups of water
Method:
1. Heat a sauce pan. Add oil. Put mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves for tempering.
2. Now add chopped tomatoes and water. Cook for 6 mins.
3. Add salt, sambar powder, jaggery powder and coriander leaves. Cook for 6 more mins.
