Ingredients :
1/2 cup semolina
1/4 cup oats powder
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped strawberry
1 tbsp strawberry jam
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/4 cup water (add required amount of water)
2 tsp oil
Method:
1. In a bowl add all ingredients. Mix well. Prepare a thick batter.
2. Heat a pancake pan (tawa). Add little oil.
3. Pour one ladle of batter. Cover pan with a lid. Cook dosa on both sides.
