Mushroom Chilly



Recipe Type: Asian                                                                               Yield: 4
Preparation Time: 10 mins                                                                  Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:
400g button mushrooms
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves
2 tomatoes
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chilly sauce
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp oil

Method:
1. Heat a sauce pan. Add oil. Put chopped tomatoes. Fry for 3 mins.
2. Now add chopped bell pepper. Fry for 2 mins.
3. Add coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and chilly sauce. Fry for 2 mins.
4. Add chopped mushrooms. Cover pan with lid. Cook for 8 mins (To reduce thickness of the sauce you may cook with the pan uncovered for 2 mins.)
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
