Buttermilk Dosa With Poha




Recipe Type : Indian      Fermentation Time : 6 hours      Yield : 10 in no.
Preparation Time : 10 mins     Soaking: 2 hours                Cooking Time : 3 mins

Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup beaten rice (thin poha)        

Method:
1. Soak white rice and beaten rice in buttermilk for 2 hours.
2. Grind soaked rice, buttermilk and beaten rice to make fine paste.
3. Add salt, and water. Keep this batter for fermentation (6 hours).
4. Heat a pancake pan or tawa.
5. Pour one ladle of batter. Cover pan with a lid and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
6. Serve hot dosa with chutney.
