Preparation Time : 10 mins
Ingredients:
1 oz Basil
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp Pamigiano Reggiano cheese
5 black peppercorns
1/2 tsp salt
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
Method:
In a blender add all ingredients. Make a fine paste. Use as Pasta sauce, panini sauce or pizza sauce.
