Preparation time :10 mins. Cook time: 20 mins.
2 tsp oil
1 spoon of mustard seeds

1 spoon of chana dal
1 Tbsp of grated coconut
2 tsp salt
1 tsp jaggery powder
1 carrot
1 bell pepper
1 Chayote (semebadane)
1 potato
1/4 cup of water
Method
1. On a heated pan, add oil, mustard seeds for tempering and curry leaves.
2. Chop all vegetables and add to the pan. Add 1/4 cup of water, and salt. Allow to cook for 20 mins.
3. At the end add grated coconut and jaggery powder.
