Eggless Carrot Cake

Preparation Time: 15 mins                                                              Cook time : 30 mins

Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
4 Tbsp of brown sugar
One and half cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
Mix well all the ingredients and sieve it.



1 cup of grated carrot
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp of all purpose flour mix with carrot and walnut.

Wet ingredients
1tsp of Vanilla essence
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder
1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
14 oz of sweetend condensed milk (-1Tbsp)
1/4 cup of milk + 1Tbsp of milk.
Mix all wet ingredients together.



Now mix dry ingredients, wet ingredients and grated carrot and walnut in a bowl.


Preheat oven for 350 degree F.
Grease the pan with butter, spread the all purpose flour in a pan, place the butter paper.


Add the batter into the pan.


Bake for 30 mins or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
