Dilkhush




Recipe Type : Indian.                                                                               Yield : 6                                                                                                                  
Preparation Time: 10 minutes                                                                Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup of grated coconut
half cup of sugar
half cup of tutti frutti
1/4 cup of dry fruits (walnut, pistachio)
2 puff pastry sheets
1tsp Vanilla essence.
1 unsalted butter stick (melted)

Method:

1. Place the puff pastry sheet on a aluminum sheet.
2. Apply butter on a pastry sheet.


3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients (grated coconut, sugar, vanilla essence, dry fruits, tutti fruity).


4. Now spread the mixture on a puff pastry sheet.


5. Now take another puff pastry sheet and cover it. Make small slits. Seal the edges well with fork. Brush the top layer with butter.
6. Preheat the oven 350 degree F.



7. Bake for 30 mins or till golden brown color.
