Green Dosa




Recipe Type : Indian                                                             Yield : 10 nos.
Preparation Time : 10 mins                                                  Cooking Time : 4 mins

Ingredients:
1 cup green gram
4 tbsp rice flour
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 green chilly
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup water (as required)
1 tsp salt

Method :
1. Soak green gram in water for 4 hours.
2. Grind green gram, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and chopped onion to make fine paste.
3. Add salt and rice flour into batter. Mix well.
4. Heat a griddle. Apply little oil.
5. Pour one ladle of batter. Prepare a thin dosa. Cook for 3 mins.


6. Serve with chutney.

Note: Fermentation is not required.
