Ingredients:
1 bitter gourd (slice into thin circular shapes)
3/4 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp water
Method:
1. In a bowl add salt, chilly powder, corn starch, rice flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Pour 2 tbsp water. Make a fine paste.
2. Put bitter gourd rings. Mix well.
3. Heat a pan containing oil.
4. Deep-fry bitter gourd rings. Fry until crisp.
