Schezwan Fried Rice

Preparation Time : 10 mins                                                                 Cooking Time : 20 mins

Ingredients:
2 spring onions
5 cauliflower florets
1 chopped carrot
1 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped cabbage
1 cup basmati rice (soaked for half an hour soaked)
2 cups water
2 tbsp schezwzn sauce (recipe: http://avanicancook.blogspot.com/2016/07/schezwan-sauce.html)
1 tsp salt
coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper

Method:
1. Heat a pan containing water. Bring to boil.
2. Add salt and soaked basmati rice. Cook and keep aside.
3. Heat a pan. Pour oil. Put chopped vegetables fry for 3 mins.


4. Now add schezwzn sauce and salt. Mix well.



5. Add cooked rice and crushed black pepper. Mix well.


6. Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.
